Three numbers, no asterisks
Three things no other manufacturer can claim.
Validated across the entire 16-year warranty cohort. Field life beats published warranty by an average of 4 years.
The only North American manufacturer that extrudes its own fiber. Dadeville AL plant, Chatsworth GA plant.
A field journal, not a brochure
What Sprinturf is, and what it isn't.
A synthetic turf field is a piece of industrial equipment that 50,000 students will run on for a decade. The fiber decides whether it lasts. Almost every other "American" turf company on the market is owned by a European or South Korean parent that ships fiber across an ocean and a continent before it is ever stitched into a roll.
Sprinturf is the exception. We extrude polyethylene at our line in Dadeville, Alabama. We tuft and coat at our plant in Chatsworth, Georgia. The same engineer who chose the resin can stand on the field at install. When a warranty claim shows up, we do not call a holding company in Antwerp or Seoul. We get in a truck.
What this site does not do is sell adjectives. It tells you the pile height, the face weight, the polymer, the warranty cohort, and the name of the field. If you are an athletic director, parks director, or architect, that is what you need to make a procurement decision. The rest is a brochure pretending to be a fact sheet.
What we have built since 1998 is a vertically integrated American manufacturer with three thousand installations and zero fiber failures in the last sixteen years. The page below is the receipt.

When the warranty needs to be honored, you call the company that made the fiber. Every roll on every field came off our lines. Every install was supervised by our crew. The accountability does not bounce off a holding company.
-
Extrude
Polyethylene resin enters the line. It leaves as the same fiber that ends up under your players. Sprinturf is the only North American synthetic turf company that owns this step. Everyone else buys it overseas and rebrands the spool.

Tuft
The fiber is tufted into the primary backing on our own machines. Pile height, gauge, face weight, and stitch rate are dialed in for the system. Predator runs different than GrandSlam. The same operators run both.

Coat
Polyurethane coating bonds the tufted fiber to the backing. This step decides whether a field shrugs off freeze-thaw or sheds tufts in year three. Every roll is tested before it ships. No exceptions.

Install
Sprinturf installers run the seam, set the inlays, and dial the infill. The same people who built the fiber are present when the field goes down. That is why the warranty math works: 3,000 fields, zero fiber failures since 2010.

A grass field has a season. A Sprinturf field has a decade.
Drag the handle. Left is a worn natural grass surface in late season. Right is the same site, the same logo, three seasons after a Sprinturf install.

Testimonial
“Sixteen years on Sprinturf. Two replacements ahead of schedule because of donor demand for new logos, not because the field gave out. Their warranty is the best in the business because they never have to use it.”
